Legal support related to corporate law includes:

• Consultations related to the establishment of the company, including the selection of an organizational-legal form adapted to the business activity;
• Development of corporate management structure;
• Registration of any legal entity in the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial legal entities. including registration of a branch of a foreign enterprise;
• Preparation of founding/corporate documents (Article of associations , Partners general meeting protocols and decisions made hereto);
• Development and preparation for submission in registry a complete package of documents required for reorganization (corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, redomiciliation) and liquidation of legal entities;
• Conducting negotiations, deals related to business transactions and preparation of relevant contracts;
• Legal support and consultations related to the company's daily business activities;
